Hey everyone! I hope this day finds you all well! We have been busy with the typical everyday stuff, preparing to leave out again for the weekend etc. I had lunch with a great friend today, have taken one of the girls to a doctor’s appointment, and now am trying to decide the best option for supper later. The days at home seem to fly by! I must admit I’m pretty tired tonight, I have to get in bed earlier tonight! Mike has been out and about today, and working some in the office, there are lots of things we are so excited about! God is good! I encourage you if you are in the middle of a struggle to keep pressing forward in Jesus name! Sometimes we get tired in the battle, and we stop and cry, yell, kick, whatever we have to do, we break down a little, and I have been there. Maybe that’s where you are today, and that’s what we have to do sometimes, but when your through and you can’t cry anymore; remember to dust yourself off, get back up and keep moving forward! If God be for you, who can be against you? Maybe it feels like the whole world is against you today, but keep your faith in the One who created you, and called you! You have been mad more that a conquerer! However, you won’t conquer anything until you get up and move forward! I pray that if it’s your time to move on and forward, that God gives a little extra strength to do so! God bless you all, and have a blessed day! Until next time….Kelly1 John 5:4For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world- our faith.
Hello everyone! I didn’t mean to take so long to blog again, but the past several days have been crazy! It all started on Valentine’s Day, I thought I had a virus, but my Monday morning I was in bed, and I’m pretty sure I’ve had the flu! “Ughh” is all I can say, it has been a very long week. I just got out of bed today, and started feeling “normal” a little bit again! I actually did some laundry, changed the linens, made supper, and cleaned the kitchen. It is a miracle for sure! Yesterday, I could barely get the girls ready for school. I usually get a flu shot when the kids do, but I didn’t this year, bad mistake, I won’t try that next year! LOL So, I hope you are all doing good this week, and haven’t had a week like mine, but one thing about it God is with us all the way, and for that I am truly thankful! Well, that’s all for now, blessings to all of you! Until next time…..Kelly Psalm 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, So far He has removed our transgressions from us.
Well another busy Monday has come and gone! This day has gone by so fast, we have been one the go all day. It’s nice to be chilling out finally! We had a great time yesterday in Alabama, two really good services! The girls were actually out of school today for teacher inservice day, and it was the perfect day to be out. The weather could not have been any nicer here! It felt like spring for sure. I’m sure it will not last just yet, but I’m enjoying it for the moment! I took Gracie to the doctor this afternoon, which she is big enough to be scared of at this point. On the way there today she said “Mommy, I go to the doctor?” I told her yes, then she went on to say, “That’s no fair!” I have no idea where she learned that phrase, it seems as though she is saying something new everyday, and she is becoming quite the comedian too! We went to the ENT doctor, and I bet they won’t forget her for a while! She screamed so loud, the nurse came in to see what was going on, it broke my heart. However, all they were doing was looking at her ears, so I knew that she wasn’t in pain. She just doesn’t want them bothering her! She got a sucker after it was all over though, and she soon forgot all of the tears! I told Mike next time, he could take her! LOL I ‘m only joking! So, tomorrow the girls go back to school, and I have already lost too much sleep, so I should be going! Until next time…..Kelly Psalm 40:1I waited patiently and expectantly for the Lord; and He inclined to me and heard my cry.
Hello there! I’m back, on this very cold winter morning! It was in the teens this morning when I took the girls to school, “brrrr” is all I have to say about that! That is just too cold for me! So, I got the girls off to school bright and early, we actually were early this morning, which doesn’t happen too often! LOL Mike has been working a lot this week, so he is still catching up on some much needed rest right now. He is really a hard worker, I don’t know how he does it all sometimes! Michelle is here helping me with Gracie, and she is going to keep her for the day, so I can go do a few things. Having good help is always appreciated! We had a typical day at the Bowling house yesterday, school, homework, supper, all of the normal stuff. Hope is begging me to take Spanish lessons after school, and it’s literally all she talked about last night! At least she is eager to learn, right? I also made the worst peanut butter cookies in the world, yeah you read that right the worst ever! I got a really nice mixer for Christmas, and I have been trying to use it every chance I get, and I thought I would make some cookies last night. So, I got all “Betty Crocker” and was feeling so proud for making them from scratch. (You know without a roll of dough that you slice off from the store) Anyway, when I went to take them out of the oven ,they just didn’t look right, and then when I tasted one, I was very disappointed to say the least! They were the consistency of a brick, and kind of tasted like you would imagine a brick would taste too! LOL Well, I tried, and like I told my Mom, cooking is definitely trial and error, a total learning process! Well, now that you all feel sorry for my husband and children, I will go! LOL May you all have a blessed day! Until next time……….

1 Corinthians 3:11
For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
Hey, I am back once again! We are trying to get things done around here today. I didn’t feel very well yesterday, I have a sore throat, it’s a little better today thank the Lord! Monday is my blah day for sure. After being on the road on the weekends, on Mondays I just want to crash, and not leave my own house! So that’s pretty much what I did yesterday! The girls went back to school, of course, and Gracie and Mommy chilled out! Today was picture day, and of course we had to do a little extra primping for Hope and Katelanne this morning! They didn’t have to wear their usual uniforms, which is always exciting to them! Gracie is still snoozing, and I have one of those rare quiet moments! It is always nice! I have to start my laundry very soon, it amazes me how quickly it starts piling up, I guess with a family of five, that should not surprise me at this point!
So that is my day so far, laundry, children, some office work, and hopefully getting the house straightened up! Gracie did quite a number on it, while I wasn’t feeling well yesterday! It’s like she knew that I was too tired to care! LOL
We had a great weekend, and I want to say thank you to Mike’s brother Jeff, who went and helped us out, he did a fabulous job! We love you !
Have a great day, until next time………
