On the road again!! Head to Paducah, Ky now:) Ive only had about 4 hours of sleep and I am not feeling a workout today but I know I need too! God please help me!!! So how are all of you doing that has joined us? Have you had any bad days and wanted to quit? I know I have, lol, but it’s you guys that are keeping me going:) Thank you for all your support, prayers and kind words! We can do this!!! Love y’all! Terah

    Yes Terah, Every Monday when I go to the gym, I whine the entire time I am there, LOLOL…I just keep reminding myself, this is a marathon, not a sprint.
    I have discovered that Sugar Free Fudgsicles are delicious and only have 40 calories…Yummy !!!

    Terah, I’m so excited for you and Kelly! I just started my workouts last week and only have two workouts in so far. I’m so sore! But I know this is a very important goal for me right now, I’m tired of being tired! I did notice that I had more energy on the days I worked out. Seems crazy but it really is true. May God bless you and your families during this journey. Wanted to share a great resource with you: sparkpeople.com, it has a nice tool for tracking your foods and exercise and even your goals. The site also has recipes and tips for working out. Hope you enjoy it. Thanks so much for blogging and for your encouragement! And by the way, we love the Crabbs!
