Yesterday and today were good days! I am so thankful for all the prayers and tips to help me stay on track! One tip a lady gave me was to never call it a diet because diets are to hard and only for a short time but she said call it a life style change!! Great Tip!! Also I was so glad to hear so many of you are fighting this with us! Sometimes it’s just great to know you’re not alone:) I am praying for you and believe we can do this one step at a time! May God Bless and keep his hand on you! P.s. If you have any tips to share like low Cal. Foods or new workouts or anything,leave a message and together we can help each other! Terah

    I’m so proud of you guys!!! sparkpeople.com has a lot of great tips and is a great place to log your food and has exercises and also some great recipes. Keep up the work!

    You two are doing great ! When I decided to get healthy, I started watching what other people ate and what I ate.:0 Big difference !! LOL I swore for years I couldn’t lose weight, I was wrong ! Everything I cook and eat , I try to make sure it is healthy for my body. I can tell you Cracker Barrel actually has a healthy alternative breakfast, they have sugar free jelly, sugar free syrup, wheat bread,etc. Make sure your dressing on your salad is fat free, it has lots of calories.Hungrygirl.com is a great website to visit for low calorie foods, a nurse told me about it ! You probably know most of this, but these are things that continue to help me each day. I have had high pressure for years but since losing weight, my blood pressure is normal..I have more to lose but I am in this for the long haul, so I have set myself at a steady pace..See ya at that “Skinny concert” !! Keep up the good work !
