Happy “Belated” Birthday Kelly !!! Be careful you don’t eat too few calories, your body will think you are starving and you won’t loose weight. Go on line and look up foods that speed up your metabolism. That helps !! When I first started eating healthy, I would take one day a week and eat what I wanted, that would keep me from going crazy and eating a box of cookies later, lol. Before you know it, the cravings will get less and less ! I love me some fried chicken, I just make sure it is a treat and not a habit. Good Luck ! You’re both doing great !
